The work place is where you can realise your strengths and move mountains in whichever way is making you happy. It can also be a minefield of politics, intrigue, backstabbing, career blocking, etc, etc. Where so many personalities come together and follow their own agenda, it is important that you can stand your ground and create a fulfilling career. Which relationship are we going to look at first to create a smoother workflow for you?
Case observation: My client wanted to look deeper into a couple of work relationships which were distracting him from his work and triggering him to the extent of holding onto the upset feeling after work hours. The clearing helped him understand his relationships with his colleagues better. The distractions at work are no longer affecting him which helps him to focus better as well as being able to relax when he heads home.
