Appointments, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Once you have contacted me to book your module I will ask your Higher Self to allow me access to your Akashic Records as well as tune in if it is in both of our highest and greatest good to work together. Once this is confirmed we will arrange the first appointment time.
Payment is due in full for the module once the first appointment is confirmed. At that point cancellation is no longer possible as I start preparing your session straight away.
There is a 12 week period in which all sessions within a module need to be completed. After this period, any outstanding sessions will be cancelled and no refunds given.
It is your responsibility to turn up for your session. If you have missed it, I cannot guarantee available appointments close to the time which means you may miss out on sessions within the 12 week period at no refund.
In order for my work to have the largest impact in your life, it is important that you take charge and make the changes that we discuss during your sessions. This healing modality is meant to empower you to lead your life's transformation.
That means taking responsibility for anything that may occur as a result of your treatments. Sometimes it is as simple as clearing another layer that emerges.
My expectation is that we can have clear and respectful communication around any issues that may arise and consult your Higher Self for solutions.
You do however understand that neither Claudia Tietjens, nor Innerwisdom-Consulting is a medical, legal or financial professional. You understand that participation in any of our services will not treat or diagnose any disease, illness, or ailment and if you should experience any such issues we recommend consulting a practitioner as determined by your own judgement.
Claudia Tietjens and Innerwisdom-Consulting will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages that may result, including but not limited to economic loss, injury or illness.
You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in your life and by your use of this website and booking an appointment with Claudia Tietjens you agree not to attempt to hold her, or Innerwisdom-Consulting liable for any such decisions, actions and results at any time, under any circumstance.

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to another person or company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased service requested by you.
